Pre-requisites for applying:
Educational Qualification:
Vice President – PG in Business/Commerce/Finance (preferably CA/CS/CFA)
Asst.Vice President (Loan Syndication) – PG in Business/Commerce/Finance (preferably CA/CS/CFA)
Manager (Loan Syndication) – PG in Business/Commerce/Finance
Asst. Manager (Trusteeship) – PG in Business/Commerce/Finance with CS/LLB
Executive Office (Trusteeship) – Graduate Business/Commerce/Finance with CS/LLB
Maximum Age Limit:
Vice President – 40 years
Asst.Vice President (Loan Syndication) – 38 years
Manager (Loan Syndication) – 30 years

Experience:
Vice President – Minimum of 7 years experience in Equity Capital Market & International Finance.
Asst.Vice President (Loan Syndication) – Minimum of 5 years experience in Loan Syndication & Investment Banking.
Manager (Loan Syndication) – Minimum of 3 years experience in loan syndication / financial services company.
Asst. Manager (Trusteeship) – Minimum 2 years experience in legal department/CA frim
Executive Office (Trusteeship) – Minimum 1 years experience in legal department/CA frim.
Selection process: Selection shall be based on Group Discussions and Personal Interview depending on the number of applications received.

Preference will be given to candidates having local market understanding.
Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months from the date of joining.
