Staff selection commission has issued notification of the vacancies of Grade 'C' and Grade 'D' posts for the job of stenographers. Interested candidates can apply through online or offline, on or before 26th October, 2013.

Pre-requisites for applying
Educational Qualifications: Minimum education required by a candidate is completion of 12th standard from a recognized Board/ University.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18-27 years as on 01.08.2013. Upper age relaxation is permissible for candidates belonging to the list of categories stated in the SSC notification.

Application Fee: A fee of Rs.100/- is payable through CRF Stamps for off-line application, Payment of the sum can be done through SBI Challan or on line payment through SBI in the case of on-line application.

** Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation, as per government orders.

How to apply: Candidates can apply online through the application in the website www.ssconline.nic.in.  the application has to be filled with  accurate details and submitted.

Candidates can also apply offline by downloading the application and filling the details in the prescribed manner. The copy has to be submitted at the Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commission.
