Pay Scale: The Pay scale for the above posts of Judgment writers is Rs.10300-34800 and grade pay Rs.4800 plus usual allowances.

Qualifications: Any graduate from recognized university or institute proficient in using computers specially word-processing and spread sheets.

Age Limit: The age limit for these jobs is between 21 years and 30 years for general and OBC candidates and for others age relaxation will be given as per the prevailing  govt.rules.

Selection Procedure: The selection is totally based on the performance of the dictation at the speed of 120 w.p.m.in English and in short hand 24 w.p.m followed by personal interview. 

Application Fee: Application fee shall be paid by Demand Draft/Postal Order in Favour of “The Registrar General, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh” payable at Chandigarh. An application fee of Rs.500/- for general candidates and Rs. 250/- for S.C/S.T candidates is fixed
